John Probst, CPA A certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience, John owned an accounting practice prior to joining the firm in 1989. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton. John oversees our monthly write-up services and enjoys working with closely held businesses. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). John enjoys outdoor activities such as biking and hiking and simply being in the beautiful Colorado outdoors. |

Christy Dallmann, MBA CPA Christy joined the firm of Probst, Dallmann & Associates, P.C. in 1996, bringing over 20 years of experience to the firm. Her background includes positions in public accounting, government accounting, controller in private industry, and professor of accounting at three universities. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska and a MBA in Accounting and Finance from Regis College. Christy has earned series 7 and 66 licenses, enabling her to sell stocks, bonds and insurance products. Christy is a member of the CSCPA and is actively involved in the church community. Christy enjoys athletics and traveling. She has been ranked nationally in three different sports, played varsity athletics in college, and does bicyliing tours such as the Bike Tour of Colorado. She also hikes, ski's and snowshoes. |

Rita Ackerman Rita Ackerman is the Administrative Assistant at Probst, Dallmann & Associates, P.C., responsible for managing the business office and providing administrative support to staff and clients to ensure excellent client service. Prior to Probst, Dallmann & Associates, P.C., Rita worked in various other capacities in Human Resources at several companies including AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Avaya Communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with Honors, from the University of Colorado. She enjoys hiking, travel, time with family and friends and volunteering at her church. |

Jon Lantz Jon Lantz has over ten years of experience working in public and private accounting. He graduated from Ohio University in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Major in Finance. He is currently studying for the CPA exam and plans to be licensed sometime in 2012. In his free time Jon enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and outdoor activities.

Mark Smith, CPA Mark brings over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting expertise working with owner-managed firms in retail, wholesale, distribution, professional, construction and manufacturing. Mark has been featured for his knowledge and expertise in national publications including HR Magazine, Controller Magazine and Money Magazine. In addition to his extensive skills in finance and accounting, Mark is a quoted source for best practices in management areas such as Open Book Management and is an experienced instructor, having taught courses in compensation planning for the Colorado Society of CPAs. Mark enjoys hiking, hunting, skiing and being with family. |

Jim earned his MS in Accounting from University of Colorado-Denver and BS in Business Administration from University of Northern Colorado. In his free time, Jim likes to ride his bicycle and SCUBA dive with his wife in warm tropical waters. |
